Order information Orders can be placed via our website, this service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our payments are processed via paypal but you do not need a paypal account to make a payment. We except all major credit cards.

How do I place an order with Little Green Boutique? Choose a category you would like to browse and click on the image to see a full description of each item. You can then choose the colour and size you require, and add the item to your shopping basket. You can always see what is in your shopping basket by clicking "View cart" at the top right of the page, from here you can change the quantity, or remove an item. When you have finished shopping click 'view cart' and then click 'checkout' - you will be asked for your billing details, or if you have shopped with us before to login. After entering your details click on 'submit' which will take you through to steps 1 of 3 where you can put in a different shipping address (if you want to send a gift direct) and you can add a message.You can then choose to pay by money order or pay by card (Paypal IPN) or Allpay. If you are paying by card or paypal account you will then leave our site and be redirected to our secure payment processor (Paypal ) Here click on continue checkout and fill in your details and choose your card type. Or login if you have a paypal account. Once your order has been submitted we will send you an email confirming the order details.

Is it safe to make a payment with my credit/debit card? It is statistically safer to make payments on secure sites then to make payments in restaurants and shops. When you have put in your login details you will leave our site and go to a secure site (paypal) where all your payment information is encrypted (coded) so when payment is being authorised no one can read the details about you or your card.

How do I make a payment? Just follow the 3 steps at the checkout and you will be redirected to a secure site (paypal), where you can make a payment by card or pay using a paypal account. Or if you prefer you can pay by money order (see 'can I pay by cheque?' below) 

Which cards can I make a payment with? You can make a payment with visa, mastercard, american express and switch or you can pay using a paypal account.

Can I pay by money order? If you prefer to pay by cheque go to step 3 order confirmation of the checkout process and, then click the pay money order box, you will then be sent a confirmation of your order and the address and payment details via email. Your order will be sent when we get all your paymant.

Dispatch time? We aim to dispatch orders that are in stock within 48 hours however, certain items may take longer allow 10-14 days for delivery. We endeavour to update our website regularly so that all the items on our site are in stock. We do try to ensure that we have a good stock of all products but from time to time some goods sell faster than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.

Sending a gift? We can send your gift direct, just fill in the address of the person you wish to send the gift to in the shipping details. Remember to fill in your name and address in the billing details. The person receiving the gift will not be sent a receipt. You can also add a message at the check out just write your message in the special instructions/comments box and we will send it with your gift. We can also gift wrap your item, just purchase a gift bag and we will do the rest! If the item is too large for the gift bags we will carefully wrap your gift in gift paper.

Returns policy Just like a shop, if you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and all labels. Just fill in the details on the returns form and pop the item and form in the post to us. Please note we are unable to refund the cost of the original postage, or of returning the item to us. However, if you are requesting an exchange, we will not charge any extra for sending the exchange item to you. We recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

How do you package your items? We are commited to minimising our impact on the planet. Therefore, all our packaging is either made from recycled sources, or is reused packaging that is sent to us.
